Children normally prepare to receive their First Holy Communion (FHC) during their 2nd grade year. However, those missing this sacrament who are in 3rd grade or older may receive this sacrament after two years of preparation through our Religious Education (RE) program. During the first year of class, they will be prepared for their First Penance/Reconciliation. During their second year of class, they will be prepared for reception of FHC, which will take place at the end of that school year (in May).
For more information, contact the parish office.
If you are an adult who has not received your First Holy Communion, you are invited to prepare by joining us for our Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) class.
